Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet frozen dragon fruit pitaya
  • 1 frozen banana peeled before freezing
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup plant-based milk almond or coconut works best

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a small splash of plant-based milk — just enough to get things moving. Less liquid will give you a thicker, spoonable smoothie bowl.
  • Once smooth, transfer the mixture into a bowl.
