Ingredients
  

  • 3 frozen bananas peeled before freezing
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • cup plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a little more plant-based milk — just enough to get the blender moving. Remember: less liquid = thicker smoothie bowl.
  • Once smooth and creamy, transfer the mixture into bowl(s).
