Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • tbsp white chocolate chips
  • tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup unsweetened plant milk soy, oat, almond, or coconut
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen strawberries, pineapple, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and plant milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and add maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a few more tablespoons of plant milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
  • Pour into a tall glass, add toppings if desired, and enjoy immediately.
