- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1½ tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1½ tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ cup unsweetened plant milk soy, oat, almond, or coconut
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, to taste
Add frozen strawberries, pineapple, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and plant milk to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and add maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a few more tablespoons of plant milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
