Apple Pie Smoothie
- 1 red or green apple cored and chopped
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- ¼ cup rolled oats or quick oats
- 2 Medjool dates pitted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
- ⅓ cup oat milk or any plant-based milk
