- 280 g dark chocolate finely chopped
- 160 ml heavy whipping cream
- or full-fat coconut cream for dairy-free
- 45 ml amaretto liqueur
- 2.5 g almond extract ½ teaspoon
- 40 g cocoa powder for rolling
Make the ganache
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir slowly until the mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
Add the amaretto and almond extract, and stir until fully combined.
